Bruce H. Jackson, PhD

Dedicated to optimal personal, team, and organizational performance, Mr. Jackson has a broad and systemic understanding of the key human factors that drive high performance at all levels of the organization—where leadership and human capacity building translates into bottom-line results and engaged cultures.

Mr. Jackson has worked across the Fortune 500, educational, and non-profit sectors to provide custom client solutions. His work includes consulting, training, speaking, high adventure leadership facilitation, assessment, coaching, research and writing.

Mr. Jackson’s previous roles include Sr. Consultant with InsideOut Development, Director and architect of the nationally acclaimed Center for the Advancement of Leadership at Utah Valley University. He continues as Principal of The Institute of Applied Human Excellence.

Mr. Jackson continues his affiliations with numerous leadership and human performance associations, including (in days long past…) the United States Professional Tennis Association and Professional Ski Instructors of America.

Mr. Jackson holds four master’s degrees: counseling psychology (Boston University, School of Education); business administration (University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management); organization behavior (Fielding Graduate University); and public administration (Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government), and a doctor of philosophy in human and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University.

In addition to his role as Principal Consultant Mr. Jackson supports leadership development projects within universities, schools, and non-profit organizations throughout the world.
