USTA NATIONAL COACH VISITS ICT!

As part of our season of giving thanks and giving opportunities, we would like to thank Kent Kinnear, USTA National Director of Player Identification & Development, for visiting ICT last week.

Kent spent his morning visiting ICT school and partner locations in North Minneapolis. In the afternoon, he joined David Wheaton, his former doubles partner, at ICT to watch our USTA Wheaton Excellence Team, as well as some developing red and orange ball players from our Outreach and Cities Academy programs.

We are grateful for the generous support of our donors, who make it possible to give opportunities to 5,000+ youth each year. As an NJTL chapter of the USTA, InnerCity Tennis is committed to providing free and low-cost tennis and educational programing to under-resourced youth. That’s because we know success isn’t just about technique on the court, it’s also about building character and creating a supportive community off the court.
